This tab lets you configure several general features. The options available are the following:
If the Enable self-diagnosis checkbox is selected, will check that the level of protection is in accordance with the settings established.
If you want to define the characteristics of the self-diagnosis, click Settings. A window appears with the following options:
Enable self-diagnosis at Windows startup. When you enable this option the self-diagnosis will run every time you start the computer. If the level of protection is inadequate, the program suggests actions to take in order to reach an optimum level of protection.
Enable periodic self-diagnosis. If this option is enabled, will automatically run the self-diagnosis periodically, ensuring that you have up-to-date information about the status of the protection on your computer.
Always show the result. Enable this option if you want the result of the self-diagnosis to be displayed periodically through a pop-up window.
The periodic self-diagnosis warnings will only be displayed when there is imminent risk of infection and the protection level of your PC requires attention.
